How to choose an industrial vacuum?
Four questions decide: what needs to be picked up, how much, how many hours a day the machine will run, and in what environment.
- Daily cleaning in offices and hotels: a compact, quiet HEPA canister vacuum (V08C, V12C, V16C, V-CAN-10).
- Dust and water together in workshops and plants: a wet/dry vacuum (V-WD-27, V-WD-62, V-WD-72).
- Large floor areas: it is worth considering a sweeper or a floor scrubber as well.
Wet/dry vacuum: one machine, three jobs
The V-WD series works with one, two or three independent motors. The 27, 62 and 72-litre tanks roll on a trolley and can be emptied via a drain hose or a tilting frame. Dry and wet floor tools, a crevice tool and an upholstery tool are included.

What is the difference between a professional and an industrial vacuum?
A professional vacuum is designed for daily indoor cleaning, for example in offices or hotels. An industrial vacuum has a larger tank, a stronger motor and a more rugged design for picking up large amounts of dust, debris or liquid.
Do I need a HEPA filter?
Yes, if fine dust or allergens must be retained, for example in clinics, offices or with construction dust. The Tennant V12C and V16C come with 3-stage filtration and HEPA as standard.
Can an industrial vacuum pick up water?
Yes, the wet/dry models can. The Tennant V-WD-27, V-WD-62 and V-WD-72 pick up both dust and liquids.
